Lauren Crawley-Moore
Regional Lead, London & The South • London Stock Exchange
Lauren Crawley-Moore heads regional coverage for London and the South within the Primary Markets team. Lauren is responsible for providing guidance to ambitious private companies and their investors in their initial and on-going assessment of a potential IPO strategy. Lauren is responsible for leading the portfolio in London and the South region across AIM and the Main Market. Lauren works with key stakeholders including companies and the corporate advisory, Private Equity and VC communities - including nominated advisers, sponsors, lawyers, and accountants. Lauren has held a variety of roles at the LSEG, most recently as Head of Group Campaigns & Events, notably spearheading the inception and development of the Market Open experience for companies, and leading the Companies to Inspire projects, that focus on the promotion of private and public business in the growth sector across the UK and Africa.
James Hirst

James Hirst has spent more than 20 years helping agencies and marketing businesses adapt to changing consumer behaviours, commercial pressures and emerging technologies. With a background in commercial strategy and client development, he recently launched The Intelligent Brief, a platform designed to improve briefing quality and drive better creative outcomes. James is a regular contributor to industry discussions on AI, creative strategy and growth, and frequently hosts and moderates expert panels. As Managing Director of Bristol Creative Industries, he is committed to helping Bristol’s creative community unlock new opportunities and thrive in a rapidly evolving industry

With a decade of agency-side experience, she has worked with vast range of businesses across a wide range of sectors and sizes, from ambitious start-ups to established brands, helping them grow through smarter, sustainable marketing strategies. Since co-founding Floresco Media, Harriet has helped build it into a trusted partner for businesses looking to scale, combining commercial insight with a genuine passion for helping other entrepreneurs succeed. She brings a practical, results-focused perspective shaped by years of hands-on experience across the business landscape.
Andrew Billingham

Andrew Billingham is a senior sports and entertainment executive with 30 years’ experience across global events, sponsorship and major venues. Managing Director of YTL Arena Bristol since 2018, he previously served as CEO of Bristol Sport, leading the £50m redevelopment of Ashton Gate Stadium. His career includes senior roles at major UK stadiums and delivering global events for adidas, including FIFA World Cups, Olympic Games and UEFA European Championships. Andrew is passionate about creating exceptional live experiences and is leading YTL Arena Bristol’s vision to transform the historic Brabazon Hangars into a world-class entertainment destination, putting Bristol on the global stage.
Claire Withers
Senior Associate, Incentives • Burges Salmon
Claire Withers is a Senior Associate in the Incentives team at Burges Salmon, advising on the legal and tax aspects of equity and cash-based reward arrangements. She works with businesses at all stages of growth on a wide range of incentive structures, supporting founders, management teams and investors to ensure incentives are commercially aligned, clearly communicated and tax efficient. She also advises on the incentives aspects of corporate transactions, including exits and growth investments. Claire is recognised for providing clear, pragmatic advice and for her engaging, relationship led approach.
Nick Spicer

Nick is a renewable energy leader and former British Army infantry officer with 20+ years’ project delivery experience. Founder of B Corp-certified Your Eco Construction, he leads major commercial solar, battery storage and international clean energy projects, with 3.3GW under development. His work spans the UK, Nepal, Caribbean and Africa, combining operational discipline with renewable energy expertise. Nick also founded Veterans in Solar and Reduce Our Carbon, supporting ex-forces careers and global sustainability initiatives. Named Veteran Entrepreneur of the Year 2025, he is recognised for his contribution to clean energy, veteran communities and practical solutions for challenging environments worldwide.
Bianca Jones

Bianca Jones is the Founder and Managing Director of EDP Training, a Bristol-based business supporting organisations across the UK with mental health, leadership and race equity. Since founding the business in 2017, she has worked with hundreds of organisations across the public, private and voluntary sectors, helping to create more inclusive and psychologically safe workplaces. Alongside growing her business, Bianca has balanced entrepreneurship with raising her daughter as a single mother, giving her a unique perspective on resilience, leadership and purpose-led business. She is passionate about supporting entrepreneurs to grow with confidence, build meaningful partnerships and create lasting social impact.
